My AC was not working very well, the air was cool but not cold. Keith came out at 8 o'clock at night and discovered the refrigerant was low. Probably was installed that way since it's a newer unit. He added refrigerant, and the air was now much cooler. He also sealed up the flue on my furnace and didn't even charge me for that.

We did a full rehab on an older home and discovered part way in that our HVAC system just wasn't going to cut it. I found Keith through a reference and he was quick to solve our problems (we had to re-locate the furnace and add modern A/C), thorough in finishing all the details (he offered good suggestions on where to place new vents to optimize comfort), and kept us in budget for the changes. I'll update this review after we actually get to *use* the new HVAC system Keith and his crew installed, but I found him passionate, prompt, professional, and on-budget - that's 4 of the 5 golden attributes of any contractor.
